A New Library Facility

Cal Maritime Advancement Office Capital Campaign

This fall (2005) the Cal Maritime Advancement Office will begin seeking funds for building projects.
Advancement wants to present two buildings to donors; if a donor is not interested in one project they may be interested in giving to another building project; libraries tend to be attractive to donors.
Donations would be put forward to the CSU as a way of attracting state funds for new instructional facilities. Donations increase the possibility of receiving these funds.
New Physical Education/Gymnasium is one project; New Library facility could be the other.
