The self proclaimed "international maritime industry web portal", this site does provide industry news, forums, a directory, and quotes.   It also has a vessel search, a port search, a brokers exchange, a ship's store, and a career center.

A listing of over 600 museums.  Each entry has a corresponding link to either the museums web site or to a page further describing it. 

Maritime Transport System (MTS) Directory
A guide to maritime information.

Navigation Center (Eleventh Coast Guard District)
"Local Notice to Mariners" contains all information relevant to the waterways within the district (California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and the ocean area from the California-Oregon state line to border between Guatemala and Mexico).
