Join the Cal Poly Maritime Black Student Association and the Cal Poly Maritime Library for a special event on November 6, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the Library Green Room.
CSUM Alumni Keith Lawrence, author of Memoirs of an African-American Navigator, will give a short book talk, followed by a guided exploration of recently added books to the library's collection. Please check out our Black Books Matter online collection showcasing these books, purchased with support from the CSU's Black Student Success Initiative and selected in collaboration with the Director of Inclusion Initiatives and the Black Student Association.
Light refreshments will be provided.

Dec. 17: 0645-1700
Dec. 18-20: 0900-1630
Dec. 21-Jan. 1: Library closed
Jan. 2-5: 0900-1630, closed weekends
Jan. 6: Regular semester hours begin
The Library is open for longer hours so you can study for finals!
Extended hours are Monday, December 5 through Monday, December 19. We're open most nights until midnight. Opening times vary.
